The Republic of Woultenland is one of the few micronations that the Kingdom of Atlia has been able to contact on the Micronational Twitter Community (Twittersphere) from Mexico. Founding member of the Community of Micronations of the Official Spanish Language (CMLOE) but no longer a member. They maintain a good relationship with Atlia since before the signing of the Mutual Recognition Treaty.
