Atlia and Hershwell have both a long and relatively short relationship. Since the invitation to the beginning of a mutual friendship bond (technical precursor to an Act of Friendship) in December 2019 with Rushwell, Hershwell's predecessor state; to cooperation in the attempt to create a YAMO (IAMN) in 2020 and casual conversations between Prince Luis and Prime Minister Tsai in the years leading up to the Cultural Year of the Dragon 2024. Hershwell and Atlia finally signed a Joint Communiqué in which it marks the beginning of mutual recognition between nations in March 2024.
