Atlia established contact with the North Sea Empire (NSE) through its treaty with Hrafnarfjall, which is its founding state, as the NSE is occasionally called. It is located in the north of the macronation of the United States of America. Their culture is mainly based on the Nordic one; with some Celtic characteristics. Hrafnarfjall and Atlia are currently very close nations; having a closeness within the Chausalantique Bloc.

Treaty of Norður-Atlantshafið (July 2022) - Treaty that establishes trade and postage standards between the signatories, which includes Atlia and the NSE.
Treaty of Nova Atlium (February 2023) - Treaty that creates the Treaty Port of Wind Rose, a neutral and independent zone governed by the signatories of the treaty, including Atlia and the NSE.
Treaty of Tiryfer's Transfer (February 2023) - Treaty by which the Crowned Republic of Cypsopina cedes the archipelago of which the Dyvins of Tiryfer was composed to Atlia and the NSE, dividing the islands and rocks between them.
Treaty of the Northern Seas (July 2023) - Treaty by which the creation of the diplomatic bloc of the Chausalantique Community is made official, compiling previous treaties within it.
