United Republic of Obscurium
The United Republic of Obscurium, Obscurium for short, is a micronation located in the north of Germany. It is one of the most vocal micronations from Europe that Atlia has a diplomatic relationship. Both heads of state (the Atlian Prince-Regent and the Obscurian President) are very good friends. Since then, they have cooperated in a cultural exchange, signed an Act of Friendship and Cooperation, and in 2024 they have cooperated in the Project of the Cultural Year of the Dragon.
