The Tozarian Empire is a sovereign nation that encompass a couple of nations in personal union with the House of Dearmad-Otillicaries. The origins of one of those, the Oriental Principality of Lower Isturus, can be traced to the Sovereign Historiographic Administration of Salaquia and Voiquila. The Atlian Empire signed a Mutual Recognition Treaty with Lower Isturus on October 2023, and then another one with the United Kingdom of Elizabury, Forsteri and Transaintcroix on January 2024, where it was agreed to have an embassy to the Court of Dearmad Otillicaries. Atlia has recently cooperated with Lower Isturus in the Project of the Cultural Year of the Dragon 2024.
