The Royal Atlian Institute of Languages ​​(RALI) was created in 2020 to serve as a meeting point for citizens eager to learn a language who were doing it self-taught, to obtain practice and peer review on possible errors that were made.

Effective 13 January, 2023 A.D. (Imperial Proclamation No. 6), the RALI has been under the administration of the Imperial University of Atlia.
