Cultural Exchanges
In the past, the Kingdom of Atlia has held cultural exchanges with other micronations, consisting of a week of events (or "cultural week") intended to bring the two nations closer together through mutual appreciation for their cultures. Usually an average schedule of a cultural exchange between Atlia and another micronation is usually like this:
Day 1: Opening Speech
Day 2: Showcase of the other nation
Day 3: Showcase of Atlia
Day 4: Gastronomic Exchange
Day 5: Joint activity
Day 6: Summit and signing of the Treaty of Friendship
Day 7: Closing speech
It should be noted that a "Cultural Exchange" with the Atlian Empire is not always a "cultural week." Cultural Exchanges can consist of a state of mutual cooperation with two or more nations in the field of culture, education and research.
To date, Atlia has had cultural exchanges with the following nations, being cultural weeks or cultural cooperation in general, with almost all of its events being broadcast by CTAVA, as well as covered on Twitter:

With the Grand Duchy of Misberia
(Word agreement of the territory of Duchess Maria's Square, now part of the Kingdom of the Southern Star within the Surastrian Territory of Appledore-Lutecia)
With the United Republic of Obscurium
Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation between the Kingdom of Atlia and the United Republic of Obscurium (June 2022) - Ratified for two more years with the Act of Friendship and Cooperation between the Empire of Atlia and the United Republic of Obscurium in May 2023.
With the Republic of Woultenland
Convenio de Cooperación Cultural y Educativa (October 2022) - Agreement by which both nations agree to cooperate in literary, cultural and educational matters indefinitely. The first of its kind to be signed by the Atlian Empire.
With the Parliamentary Monarchy of Duckionary
Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation between the Empire of Atlia and the Parliamentary Monarchy of Duckionary (January 2023) - The planning of an ecological summit was agreed within this treaty, which took place in February 2023.
Agreement in Environmental Cooperation between the Atlian Empire and the Duckionary Parliamentary Monarchy (February 2023) - Agreement by which the Atlian Empire and the Parliamentary Monarchy of Duckionary would cooperate in raising awareness and implementing ecological programs within their respective nations.
With the Southern Confederation of Angosvria
Acuerdo de Intercambio y Cooperación Cultural entre la Confederación Austral de Angosvria y el Imperio Atlio (February 2024) - Agreement that marks the beginning of greater cultural and educational cooperation between Atlia and Angosvria.
With the Republic of Geronia
Tratado de Intercambio Cultural Geronia-Atlia (February 2024) - Treaty that establishes the promotion of cultural and academic manifestations between both nations for a period of one year from its ratification.
