Government in the United Kingdom of Esteleria
The United Kingdom of Esteleria is a sovereign nation, governed under the system of a semi-absolute diarchy with each kingdom maintaining its own legislatures independent of each other, with the possibility of meeting together for matters may concern both kingdoms; with both the King of the Southern Star and the King of Nordastria as Heads of Government, comprising the Council of the Two Kings, the supreme legislative body in Esteleria. The Estelerian Civil Council is an advisory council and part of the Legislative Branch, where citizens are appointed by the Council of the Two Kings or the Imperial Throne, but it currently isn't active.
All internal matters are administered by the Imperial Ministries of the Empire.

The United Kingdom of Esteleria has five votes in the Imperial Senate, divided into two from the Southern Star, two from Nordastria and one that must be agreed upon by the Council of the Two Kings.
The King of the Southern Star
The King of the Southern Star is the de iure Head of Government of the United Kingdom of Esteleria, with the functions of representing the United Kingdom both inside and outside the nation. The King of the Southern Star has the functions of proposing, supervising and approving, together with the Council of the Two Kings laws, activities, initiatives, reforms, etc. The current King of the Southern Star is the Prince-Regent of the Atlian Empire; H.M. King Luis, King of the Southern Star.
The King of Nordastria
The King of Nordastria is the de iure second Head of Government of the United Kingdom of Esteleria, with the functions of representing the United Kingdom both inside and outside the nation. The King of Nordastria has the functions of proposing, advicing, supervising and approving, together with the Council of the Two Kings laws, activities, initiatives, reforms, etc. The current King of Nordastria is the head of the cadet branch of the House of Ramvil, the House of Ramvil-Laurierville Saint Leonard-Aci; H.M. King Ambrose II, King of Nordastria.
Council of the Two Kings
​The Council of the Two Kings is the joint legislature of the United Kingdom of Esteleria. It is made up of the two governments of the two kingdoms, de facto represented by both of their Kings, hence the name.
