Wihcke de Aci - 15/JAN/2021 On December 24, 2020, the Atlium-Halcyon Treaty was signed; treaty by which the Confederation of Misberia yielded parts of the administration of the Kingdom of the Star of the South to the Empire of Antonia and the Kingdom of Atlia; a decision derived from the fact that the heads of state of both nations acted as "Sakoms" of the Star of the South.
The initiative was launched by the Madakawando Sakom of Misberia, Archie Birch, in collaboration with Anthony Birch (Antonia) and Luis Marcel (Atlia) as a measure to launch the development of the now Atlium-Halcyon-Wihcke condominium in Aci.
The Kingdom of the South Star is a semi-autonomous condominium under the sovereignty of the Confederation of Misberia, administered together with the Antonian Empire and the Kingdom of Atlia. Antonia is in charge of matters of defense and maintenance of the territorial claim, Atlia will uphold the values ​​and develop the culture of the Kingdom, while Misberia will take care of everything else, from its legislation to its diplomacy.
The Kingdom of the South Star was made up of the territories of the Archipelago of the Ball's Pyramid (Ball's Pyramid), and of a small territorial claim in the Islands of Tierra del Fuego (Connorensis). Nonetheless, Misberia granted the territorial cession of the Mara Islands and the Royal Islands to the Kingdom of Atlia, as well as the territory of Connorensis (Islands of Tierra del Fuego) to the Antonian Empire.
Since then, there are plans on the part of Atlia to make slight changes in the names of the islands, now, under its sovereignty; and the Antonian Empire extended the territorial claim to a large island, in contrast to the earlier modest claim.
Currently, neither HRH Luis Marcel, nor HIM Anthony continue to hold the title of "Sakom", rather they hold the title of "Counselor" of their respective nations in the Kingdom of the South Star.
