Imperial Proclamation #30- Western Svart claiming and Barony of Western Svart

His Imperial and Royal Highness, Prince-Regent Luis Marcel, on behalf of the Imperial Throne and the Imperial Senate under the seventh year of the reign of His Imperial and Royal Majesty, King Gerónimo II, DECLARES:

That the western half of Devon Island, Nunavut, Canada, agreed to be ceded to the Atlian Empire by the North Sea Empire, shall be claimed officially by the Atlian Throne, bearing the name of Atlian Territory of Western Svart,

While creating the Barony of Western Svart, granting the title of Baroness of Western Svart to Atlian citizen Laura Bainbridge; and through his marriage to the Baroness Western Svart, Thomas Bainbridge shall receive the title of Baron Western Svart.

ARTICLE I – CHANGES TO ARTICLE 1

Article 1

The territory of the Empire will consist of the States of the Kingdom of Atlia, the United Kingdom of Esteleria, as well as the Atlian Imperial Territory of Geronimia,the Atlian Imperial Territory of Western Svart and an Atlian Imperial Antarctic Territory; who by land acquisitions inherits the imperium of the Zuhan Empire and the Misberian Confederacy, both through the Kingdom of the Southern Star in the United Kingdom of Esteleria.

1.1 The Kingdom of Atlia, which includes various territories in the states of Tamaulipas, Nuevo León, Coahuila and Tabasco; Mexico; and the Direct-Administered Municipality of Shanghai, China.  Some of the territories in Tamaulipas and Nuevo León will be considered ceremonial claims, in accordance with the intermicronational treaties to which the Atlian Empire is a signatory.

1.2 The United Kingdom of Esteleria, comprising the Kingdom of the Southern Star, composed of the territory of the Ball’s Pyramid Archipelago and a territory on Macquarie Island, Australia, as well as Prince Island and surrounding rocks in California, USA and the Southern Star Antarctic Ceremonial Territory, Antarctica; and the Kingdom of Nordastria, made up of various territories in Maine, USA and in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada; said territories will be considered ceremonial claims, in accordance with the intermicronational treaties to which the Atlian Empire is a signatory.

1.3 The Archduchy of the Communities of Nisea, which includes various territories in the state of Mexico City, Mexico; said territories of will be considered ceremonial claims, in accordance with the intermicronational treaties to which the Atlian Empire is a signatory.

1.4 The Atlian Imperial Antarctic Territory, which comprises the territory in Antarctica in the unclaimed space between the Republic of Lostisland, the Pavlov Empire and the North Sea Empire; which will be considered a ceremonial claim, in accordance with the intermicronational treaties to which the Atlian Empire is a signatory.

1.5 The Atlian Imperial Territory of Geronimia, which includes an area on a beach on the island of Tamalcab, Quintana Roo, Mexico; which will be considered a ceremonial claim, in accordance with the intermicronational treaties to which the Atlian Empire is a signatory.

1.6 The Atlian Imperial Territory of Western Svart, which comprises the western half of Devon Island, Nunavut, Canada. Said land will be considered a ceremonial claim, in accordance with the intermicronational treaties to which the Atlian Empire is a signatory.

ARTICLE II – GRANTING OF BARON TITLES TO THE CITIZENS LAURA AND THOMAS BAINBRIDGE.

The Imperial Throne shall create the Barony of Western Svart, comprising the Atlian Imperial Territory of Western Svart and given to the Atlian citizen Laura Bainbridge, recognizing their previous rule over the territory as Empress of the North Sea Empire, High Queen of Hrafnarfjall and Queen of Helluland. By his marriage to the Baroness Western Svart, the citizen Thomas Bainbridge is granted the title of Baron Western Svart.

The actions described in this imperial proclamation will take effect immediately after its publication.
