Atlia selects new Council of Representatives

After a delay of several weeks, on 05/FEB/2022 the Council of Representatives, coordinated by the Prince-Regent, approved the details to be followed for the next electoral contest for Prime Minister and the random selection of the future members of the new Council of Representatives.

A survey was sent to the official citizen groups of the Kingdom of Atlia asking the following question: "What do you think of the random election of the 3rd Legislature (February - July 2022) of the Council of Representatives?". The options to answer being "Agree", "Neutral" and "Disagree"; Likewise, there was the possibility of expressing a comment on their response. At the time of publication of this article, there were a worrying number of 4 responses, of which 50% thought they agreed.

The Prince-Regent held the representative draw at 9:40 PM (CST) yesterday (07/FEB/2022), which was broadcast at 12:00 AM (CST) today and can be seen here by the CTAVA YouTube channel.

The randomly selected people were (in order of draw):

1. Norma Pulido, Praetora of Usumalva

2. Alejandra Ramos

3. José Juan Mendoza

4. Thomas Bainbridge

5. Angeles Pérez, Duchess of Taria

The Prince-Regent will contact them later in the day to confirm their commitment to the position for which they have been selected. The III Legislature will see the development of Atlia in the first half of the year, as well as in the celebrations of the 5th anniversary of the Kingdom.

There is still no certainty about the process to elect the next Prime Minister, due to the lack of candidates.
