City of Nisea - 04/NOV/2022

Long live the Duke! Long live Nisea!" - Prime Minister Augusto Izard, in the Government Communiqué announcing the election of the new Duke.
After the reforms carried out with the victory of the "Yes" vote in the referendum on 21/OCT/2022; Nisea became the Community of Nisea and began the search for a Duke to serve as Head of State. Today, Nisea has announced that H.I&R.H. the Prince-Regent Luis Marcel, has been selected as the new Duke of Nisea.
Background
After the creation of the Committee for the Ascension to the Crown of Nisea (CACN for its abreviation in Spanish) on 21/OCT/2022; the search for possible candidates to be appointed Duke of Nisea began. Nisea seeks with a Duke to ceremonially represent the Basque and Navarre roots with the position of a monarch as Head of State, Head of the Judiciary and cultural heir to the Duchy.
The candidate search process ended on 02/NOV/2022, when Prime Minister Izard interviewed all the candidates for Duke of Nisea that were obtained, announcing the beginning of the deliberation by the government for the selection of the new Duke.
Announcement
At 9:50 AM today, the Prime Minister of Nisea, representing the CACN, announced the election of Prince Luis Marcel of Atlia as the new Duke of Nisea, who will be promulgated as such on 1 December in a session extraordinary government
Prince Luis Marcel gave a statement on the subject hours later:
"I hope to fully comply, with God's blessing first, with the duties that this entrustment that is granted to me implies". - Prince-Regent Luis Marcel, in his statement related to his election as Duke of Nisea.
