Atlia celebrates the Day of the Dead with an absolute absence of guests.

Nova Atlium - 02/NOV/2022

What's with the lively party? - H.I.&R.H. Prince Hector, while watching the altar next to the Prince-Regent.

For the fifth consecutive year, the Kingdom of Atlia celebrated its traditional Day of the Dead. What is surprising about this year is the surprising absence of guests to get their traditional pan de muerto, even though the party would be held on two locations this year: Nova Atlium and Butterscotch.

A month prior to the celebrations, the Imperial Office of Culture of the Kingdom of Atlia published the contest for the First Literary Calaveritas Contest, which would have been awarded in today's party. No participation was obtained from the Atlian Community.

As for the celebrations, it was originally planned that there would be simultaneous parties in Nova Atlium and Butterscotch, but various factors caused the attendance of the festivities by citizens and members of the community to be null.

The private celebration

The Prince-Regent said a prayer for the souls of the faithful departed at 7:30 PM and proceeded to eat pan de muerto alongside Prince Hector. After taking some photos at the altar, they were sent to H.I.&R.M. the King and H.I.&R.M. the Queen, who commented positively on them.

The Prince-Regent told CTAVA that the response of the Atlian community to this celebration, one of the most important dates for the Kingdom, will cast doubt on the realization of the Atlian Posada 2022.
